HOW TO FRY CHICKEN LIKE A PRO !!!
Frying chicken can sometimes be a frustrating task . The art of frying chicken can be perfected by simply following these simple steps ... So lets get cooking !!

Step 1.( Lets get started )
Step 2. ( Heating things up)
Pour your choice of frying oil into the pot or frying pan a little over the half way mark . Then turn the pot on a medium flame and allow the oil to get hot . (Canola oil best recommendation)
Step 3. ( Start to clean)
Grab a clean plate and begin to prepare the chicken for frying . Pluck off any unwanted feathers and thoroughly rinse off the chicken .

Step 4. ( Season time )
Start seasoing the chicken front to back with salt and pepper . You may also add adobo , one pack of sazon , parsely , and crushed hot peppers (for spice lovers ). Becare not to over season ( you can always add but not take away ) .
Step 6. ( Lets get jazzy )
Pour flour into a large zip lock bag ,and sprinkle a few of your favorite seasons into the bag for added flavor. Next you are ready to place your seasoned wings into the zip lock bag and shake until fully coated .
Step 7. ( Checking the Oil )
After 10 min place a dry wooded spoon into the oil (if small bubbles appear on the side of the spoon) the oil is ready. Start slowly placing the wings one by one into the oil .
Step 8. ( Wait time )
Allow each side of the chicken to fry for approximately 10 minutes (longer for breast and thighs ) before turning or until a golden brown crust forms. You may leave the chicken in longer for desired level of brownness ( The longer the chicken sits in the oil the crisper ) . Tip the chicken is usually completely done when the sound of oil popping subdue
Step 9. (Lets Eat)
Once the chicken is completed , remove from pan and place on plate with paper towels. This step allows the oil to drain proper . ( Allowing the chicken to sit for at least 7 min before eating )
